The founder of the company Dr, James Jian Zhou is an expert in Semi-conduct material that has been studied in America for many years. He is experienced on graphite Hotzone applied technology field. In order to create high-performance Hotzone for monocrystal silicon furnace, the company set up an applied R & D centre for graphite Hotzone, cooperate with main monocrystal furnace manufacturers in China, developing applied technology for solar engage and monocrystal industry together. We provide plant design, equipment selection, process planning and technics debugging and so on for monocrystal industry customers.
The company continually developed high charge, low power, high stability and high crystal growth rate graphite Hotzone. The graphite Hotzone developed by our company can satisfy the country¡¯s energy consumption requirement and extend the lift-time of the graphite parts. At present, our graphite Hotzone can reduce monocrystal furnace energy consumption 10%-25% compare with other domestic Hotzone, and improve silicon ingot growth rate 6%-12%. Through improving the quality and reducing the operation cost to increase customers¡¯ return on investment.
Shanghai JMS Electronic Material Co., Ltd. had been signed long-term cooperation contracts with GRAFTech in America and IBIDEN in Japan, and we develop Graphite Hotzone for both Semi-conduct and Solar energy industry. The Graphite Hotzone, silicon seeds, and dopant that developed by our company are not only supply to domestic solar silicon wafer and semi-conduct silicon wafer manufacturers but also export to overseas such as America, Norway, German, Japan and Korea market.
In order to give better services to our domestic customers, our company will provide graphite Hotzone design and parts processing for our long-term relationship partners, and continue providing on-site technical support services to them, assisting them to improve the graphite Hotzone, finally achieve the two objectives for the customers, which are improving the product quality and reducing the operation cost.
