Dr. James Jian Zhou, the founder as well as Chairman of Board, is an IC grade silicon material expert, and a U.S. returned student. Main products and features:
P-type, N-type solar grade 125×125 and 156×156 inches mono silicon square ingot. 125×125 and 156×156 mono silicon wafer.
Several special technologies have been applied, including rapid thermal process, furnace stress relieving technique, etc. These techniques not only help to eliminate oxygen donor, make the distribution of radial resistivity and longitudinal resistivity more even, more important, make wafers less fragile in the applicable process. Additionally, to improve the turn over ratio, SNG has developed low oxygen long life, medium oxygen long life mono silicon ingots and wafers. SNG supplies the low oxygen long life silicon ingots with the average life above 1000 micro seconds, the distribution of life factor in radial is rather even, and generally the oxygen content is controlled within 20PPMa.
2）IC Grade: 4, 5, 6, 8 inches mono silicon ingots and wafers, grinding wafers, corrosion wafers and polished wafers. The dopants include heavily dopped AS, Sb, P, B.
3）8-18 inches large size mono silicon ingots.
4）High pure mono silicon dopant; boron dopant and phosphorus dopant.
5）High pure silicon seed crystal; square seed and round seed.
6）High pure graphite heating system; 14-24 inches heater, heat insulation system, graphite cone and some graphite fittings.
The company has performed special research on reducing cost and saving energy. Comparing to the domestic competitors, the high pure graphite hot zone system could reduce 20-30% energy cost.
